ELCD and lots of mysterious vacuum lines

I have a 85 SPG and I am having a little trouble with my vacuum lines above the driver side wheel that go to the ELCD, canister, etc.
I disconnected the canister and ELCD valve from all the attached vacuum lines and am having trouble getting them back together (i'm not sure they were correctly attached to begin with). Can anyone walk me through where the vacuum lines go to and from. The trouble I am having specifically is that I have this line that comes in from under the fusebox that then has a T-adapter attached. I don't really understand where these lines are supposed to go. One goes to this small round widget with a red cap on the top attached to the chassis. The other part of the T... I don't really know. I think I have identified the line that comes from the fuel tank... It looks like it goes straight into the middle of the canister.
Also, what is the part of the ELCD valve that goes to the throttle body and which is the part that goes to the canister. Bentley talks about the "big" attachment on the valve. They both look the same size to me. One sticks out further than the other, that's all I can really tell.
Thanks for your help.
