Just start with the wheel on the longest line, secondary system first. Connect your hose to L rear wheel and have someone pump the brake until it runs clear. Then R front, then R rear, then L front. **Make sure not to run the reservoir empty otherwise you'll be bleeding all the brakes!** Refill it after every wheel. Cluch is the same deal, but in a 'bent-over-at-the-back-right-where-you-get-real-sore' position. I splurged on one of those 'gear-wrenches' from craftsman. It needs less of a stroke and works in the little inconvenient space between the cluch cover and chain case where the bleed screw is.
It's a good idea to soak the bleed screws with the penetrating oil of your choice before unscrewing them, esp. at the rear brakes. I needed not only that, but and impact gun [reduced to a 7mm head, or 9mm?] to loosen the bleedin' things without rounding the heads or [yikes!] shearing them off entirely.
It'll be nice to have fresh fluid, for sure.
Have fun,
Adam
