89 spg problems

I purchased an 89 spg a month ago but pick it up two weeks ago. I have several issues going on and I need some help. I became a saab fanatic after getting a 91 9kt. I always wanted to know what was the lure of the c900 and although the spg isnt as quick as the 91 there's something special there. Here are my issues: Fuel pump stays on after car is turned off. I pull fuse 30 to stop it but something else is causing a battery drain. Drivers window doesnt work. Dash lights are not working. Ebrake is stuck, brakes are going to floor sometimes and rotors have small grooves. The previous owner said that the a/c relay shorted out. Yes it did, there is a burn whole where the relay use to be. I am a newbie to this car and I live in just north of philly. It also needs body work on rear quarter panel and clear coat is peeling on hood, roof and hatch. I replace the hood with another ed gray one. I ran across a 87 convertible in pull a part with only 55k with spg kit. ( I wish I had gotten the sideskirts off). Sorry to ramble but I need help and love the way the car looks and drives.
