Head gaskets are the same, the 87 number is just superseded to the newer number.
The heads are interchangable but you need to move the intake cam shaft over from the non turbo, the exhaust cam seems to be the same between the two.
The oiling system works fine since the oil supply hole from enging block goes straight up into the newer head at the same spot. No more need for those pesky oil rail nipples.
Keep track of the two different bolts for cam shaft caps when swapping intake cam. They are different (black and silver) to allow oil supply to cams.
You also have a coolant nipple for turbo cooling in the front of head that you need to plug.
Remember to change the 4 long exhaust manifold studs on the turbo head before installing it. You can use the same short studs as the three middle ones.
