It is an extremely slim chance to get the slave cylinder out if you manage to depress the pressure plate as far down as possible and use the Saab special ring inside pressure plate to keep it pressed down and also that the car is equipped with the pressure plate with the biggest opening for all the fingers.
In that case you might manage to sneak the cylinder out but don't bet on it.
And since you are so far down into it, as I said, it is only 6 more bolts and you pull the whole clutch out instead.
