Great Reason For Not Rebuilding Rack Yourself

The rack tube itself needs attention. It's no longer perfectly round so it may leak very soon with just new O-rings. Pro rebuilders use one of two methods:
1. They precision bore or hone the rack oversize and use oversize O-rings.
2. They bore the rack WAY oversize and sleeve it with stainless steel.
The latter method usually comes with a lifetime guarantee. The stainless steel sleve will not wear in YOUR lifetime. Or your childrens. Check out our sponsor's websites. Inquire about the rebuilding method used. The stainless-sleeved racks go for about 160 bucks. Have it done, install it, and never worry about it again.
