Sunroof drains do often appear to be a windshield leak. Same for the drain for the "under the hood lip" drain channel, which can be addressed by using small flanged tubes in the drain holes to which you attach tubes to exit behind the front wheels.
Jeff, however, has diagnosed the job right and IMO has a windshield leak. I think it's time for a new windshield gasket. At this point, i personally would go to a dealer body shop or an expert (and never give up) Saab independent, like our friend Anders. Even if you have to invest $500 for the job, it's worth it because the alternative is rusted out floor pans, not to mention endless carpet pad pulling. These leaks are the death sentence for classic 900's.
