Lucas Power steering stop leak - anyone try?

My 'vert is showing seapage out of the steering rack in a few areas. I replaced the old pump with a brand new one, and also epoxied the reservoir where the clear and black plastic portions meet, just to be sure. replaced the low pressure hose but couldnt easily remove the high pressure one.
Anyway, I picked up some Lucas power steering stop leak at the local parts store. The comments on the bottle are VERY convincing. Just wanted to know if anyone has tried this brand on their c900 and to share any results they may have gotten. I am using Valvoline synthetic fluid now, and perhaps I should switch back to natural stuff. Last thing I want to do with the stop leak is damage the pump and/or make the leaks worse.
I am basically trying to avoid spending $500 at the local indy as I just shelled out $500 for some other work and the rack feels perfect when driving. Just seeps a bit.
