I just went through this with my 97 9000 Aero. It would blow cold for the first 10-15 minutes of a journey and then blow warm. I had the system serviced to the tune of $170Cdn, they added 10 oz of refrigant and the same problem continued to occur. I tried cleaning the contacts on the relay but may have grinded too much off as the A/C wouldn't work at all when I put it back together. Just before I was to return to the A/C shop I went to the wreckers and pulled a few relays off of 9000's and even a 900 with the same relay. Popped it in and it has worked fine for the past two weeks. The relay is $52 Cdn new, might be worth the gamble if no wreckers are nearby.
