You might want to bite the bullet and do both of them. Sometimes, when you just do the master, the slave follows in short order.
I've had good luck with putting new seals in them, but as JesseP indicates, it can be a crapshoot.
The fun part of replacing the slave cylinder is that it's not all that much less work than doing a clutch job. And you don't know how much wear there is on the clutch disc until you get it all taken apart. At the very least, you'll want to replace the throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and primary shaft seal (plus whatever other clutch parts you're doing) while you're in there. It's also a very good opportunity to clean up the timing marks with a wire wheel and put a white line on 16 degrees BTDC.
