12223 can be caused by vacuum leaks. (Surprise!)
12111 is all about how the system tries to adapt itself while running. It can be sort of a nuisance for false-alarms.
12241 is about a bad injector. The ECU thinks the electrical load for firing the injectors is wrong. Look for a flaky plug on an injector, or corroded wiring, or something like that? If an injector occasionally doesn't fire, I bet it can cause the other 2 codes.
Reseting... I had a '89 so maybe different. But maybe you misread the instructions. After you've read all codes & get 00000, you don't turn the KEY off, you turn the jumper switch on & watch for the 3 flashes. You'll see 1, then 2, then a LOOONNNG pause before #3.
Finally, your oily O2 sensor. The O2 sensor actually measures the DIFFERENCE in oxygen between the exhaust pipe & the outside air. So the sensor has some kinda vents where it gets air from outside. If those are full of oil...??
