maybe a GOOD auto. a 5 speed in the hands of a good driver will blow the doors off an auto...at least in c900 land. SAB can give you exact numbers but the AT sucks power out of the equation. that being said. i love my 92 cvt turbo AT. Latte in one hand and other arm on the window on a summer day. :) perfect for commuting or just looking cool :) but spugly, my 86 spg will blow it away. of course spugly pulls 200 at the wheel but that is another story. :)
