'90 spg rear brakes hanging

All,
After new rotors, pads, and left rear caliper the rears still hang up. Back wheels are much hotter than the fronts after 30 miles of driving w light brake use. So far I have re-installed the pads, backed the hand-brake adjuster all the way out, disconnected the hand-brake cable completely with no change. The binding actually seems worse when reversing; When I stop I can let off the brake pedal completely and the rears are still on. Left side seems somewhat worse than the right, but both sides are doing it. Brake fluid is only 1 month old. I flushed and bled the entire system when I changed the caliper.
Does anyone have any words of wisdom here?
TIA
