A regular maintenance service is not really meant to find and fix any problems.
If it does fix any problems it means that the service items on the car was in REALLY bad shape and had probably not been replaced for a long time.
A major service is meant to keep the car in the same good running condition for another 30,000 miles.
Different shops go over the car in different ways when doing a major service but it's difficult to know what you mean by "check thru electrics".
Labor to replace burned out bulbs is usually included in the service and also to check and adjust fuelmixture, base idle and timing.
But inspecting all the electric wires and crimp connections throughout the whole car is not included or feasible.
Hope this help?
