I'm new to this board and a fairly new Saab owner.I put a new clutch and slave cylinder in my 86 900s and discovered that the master cyl was shot. The previous owner had a new one put in only 40K ago! The local import parts guy told me that the older Saabs eat clutches. How long do these master cylinders usually last? Whats the general consensus? Are clutchs and their cylinders the weak point in the 80's Saabs?
