Do you have no pressure or does it not return to position? The good thing is that the MC is easy to take out. If it doesn't return to position that just means that the return spring is broken. That just happen to me last week. I took it off and the spring was in four pieces. If no pressure then you'll probably need to buy a new one, but luckily they are only ~$100. When you take it off get a flashlight and look inside the bore. Is it pitted? If so then definitely get a new one. If it's nice and smooth then you can rebuild it for ~$7 with new washers.
