Need some HELP in installing front and rear anti-sway

I just won a front and rear anti-sway bar from ebay, and I would very much appreciate (1) any other parts that I would need to complete the install; and (2) some good step by steps as to how to do it right.
The rear item description is "USED REAR ANTI SWAY BAR OFF OF A 1987 SAAB 900 TURBO SPG BUT WILL FIT ALL CLASIC BODY STYLE 900'S IN GOOD CONDITION FUNCTIONED WELL ON THE CAR." Pic seems to include only the sway-bar itself.
The front reads " front end sway / stabilizer bar and bushings from a running 1987 Saab 900 turbo 2/3 door hatchback w/ manual transmission which are all in excellent condition. This includes both the inner and outter bushings for both the left and right sides, and also includes all mounting hardware needed to install this sway bar on any classic Saab 900 that does not have a front sway bar.
I'm trying to slowly (and inexpensively) improve the handling charectoristics of my pride and joy. I have access to a great auto hobby shop, with lifts and all, just not a lot of mechanics experiance. Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated!!
