I put synthetic in my 300000 mile engine, and it messed up the bearings in my turbo and blew it out. If it has had normal non-synthetic, keep using that. I heard from my friends at Mile High Saab in Denver, that if you switch to Synthetic, the engine is not used to that and it could throw something out of wack. i use Castrol 10W-40 and it works amazingly. Have fun with it! and like Swedecar said, if you let it idol for atleast 30 Sec before and after, it will last a very very long time.
