I have never had to replace any of those two relays for the fuel pump and main relay.
Do you know for sure that the relay is your problem?
It's a very basic very strong Bosch relay that doesn't seem to fail often in any location (it's used at several places on the 900/9000 models).
That relay refuse to turn on for just about any other reason that makes the ECU think that something is wrong. Since it is the ECU that operates that relay together with power from the ignition switch I would look at power supply to the relay and the pull down ground from ECU.
