The center thing is the Banjo Fitting, the left/right things are Banjo Bolts. Basically, the fluid (hydraulic, oil, etc.) enters the Banjo Fitting from the bottom end. The fluid needs to go out the bottom of the bolt, so it enters the circular groove (dark line) in the upper circular end of the fitting. Goes from there into the hole in the side of the Banjo Bolt. Bolt has a hollow center, so the fluid goes out the threaded end of the Banjo Bolt.
Fluid is under pressure.
Banjo Fitting has circular groove on its inside diameter so that the Banjo Bolt can be tightened down, without being concerned about where the Bolt's hole is pointing.
The 2 "washer-things" with each bolt are the necessary "Sealing Washers" - one at the top of the fitting's hole, and one at the bottom of the fitting's hole.
Hope this makes sense!
