this is just a shot but find a flash light and clime in the driver seat with your head by the brakefloorbord and your feet at the headrest , u should see a star looking bolt when looking up under the dash find something to lossen it, then pull the plastic pice down to the floorboard, u my have to bend it wont brake, then clime back in, now with your head on the plastic pice\floorboard take the flash light and take a look under the dash at all the little black hoses, if u dont see one that has been pulled then put your free and try to feel around, to see if one is lose, if u do find one look around to see where it would plug into/should be able to connect to another little black hose, make sure all the hoses are connected, if thy are and u found nothing, put the plastic pice back in place and bolt it in, pop the hood, on driverside in the wheelwell near the front u should see a gizzmo with a few little black hoses running to and from it, make sure all the hoses are connected, none have any holes, cracked, broken, if all looks good and still found nothing, follow the little black hose from the gizzmo to where it enters the car cab, looking for holes, cracks, dried out, after all this and still nothing,u might have to replace the gizzmo/vacuum pump, but im sure its just a little black hose broken or unpluged, goodluck
