SS flex lines, good new rotors and proper functioning calipers with high quality pads will give you very good brakes. Unless you push the brakes to high temps the 'racing' brake fluid won't improve anything. I'm running the exact setup on my 99 EMS autoX/ track car with Metalmaster pads and SS lines. The brakes are excellent and the only improvement I've made is Motul blue fluid to help the slight overheat I was getting after 20 minutes on the track. Unless you plan to run on the track just get eveything up to proper spec and you will have very good brakes.
