Well, I used the stock 82T harness, ECU and CIS engine components. It was the rollout for the then new APC system, so it's the basic classic years CIS turbo setup, but with an 86 16VT engine. The throttle barrel is from the 82, but the intake manifold is from the 16V. The injection valves are CIS, and to make them fit with the 16V manifold a bracket was designed out of a spare 16V fuel rail by drilling appropriate sized holes on the top and bottom. The overall guide used for the injector/bracket idea is the oft linked CIS to 16V mod article found on this site. Another fit issue to take note of is that the older primary gear case must be transplanted onto the 16V tranny in order for the front mount to work. If you're using the older tranny, then there's no need for a front case change. Then the only remaining issues are to mount the warm-up fuel regulator plus the aux air valve. Other than the 9K IC, it's all stock. I do have pics I could send you.
