I'm not sure about the wires, since my 900 had a 2-pin plug that only plugged in one way.

The fuel supply & return tubes pull straight up, but be careful. The plastic elbow fittings have O-rings that are probably dried up with age. They'll probably let loose suddenly, then you'll pull the tube too far & break the brittle plastic tubes. Don't mix up those tubes, either. Mark them so you put them back in the same places.

The white plastic sunken thing is actually the top of a canister which contains the fuel pump.

There's a special tool for unscrewing the ribbed ring, but here's what you can do... There's a couple blank holes in that pump canister. Rig something to hold it so it doesn't spin. Then turn the ribbed ring counterclockwise. Steady pressure gets it moving slowly, for me that worked better than pounding on it.

When the ring is off, you'll find the pump canister is spring-loaded against the top of the tank. You can push it down a bit, & remove the O-ring. Don't drop it into the tank. You can lift it out (if you want). Wipe the rim of the canister & the rim of the tank-opening. Put the new O-ring in place. When you tighten the ribbed ring, hold the canister so it doesn't spin.
