the master I got must have had it already cut, because I bled the master before putting it on and it was leaking out the nipple/connect that goes to the clutch master.. so I put my finger on it and then attached quickly before attaching everything else.
forgot to mention.. I have a new clutch master as well..
I think it probably is the slave..
in the new brake master cylinder.. it empties the first chamber.. the chamber that has the clutch hose connected..
I do still have brakes, but brake light comes on..
I'm certain that it's brake fluid on the skid plate because the color of my oil is very dark and the brake fluid is brand new and exact color or the fluid on the skid plate.
well.. I guess it might not be too bad as I have a new trans that I am having sobstory put in in jan and I wanted to get a new clutch to put in as well since I was doing the trans.
I wanted to try and get a couple months out of the trans I already have in the car, but it's popping out of all gears anyway unless I hold my hand on it.
with everyones help here - I am almost positive it's the slave.. makes sense too as it's kinda hidden unless you take the cover off.. and the fluid is directly below it on the skid plate.
thanks for your help.. I appreciate it as always!!
