Help before night falls ... wheel stuck

Night is just about here and I'm changing my wheels for the storm coming tonight. Have 3 done and the 4th WILL NOT come off. I've tried hitting it from behind with a hammer and also have pulled as hard as I'm comfortable with.
Next thought is to put the nuts back on semi- loosely and drive around the block a couple times.
Better ideas please?
