Like has been said before, if your are skilled, then it isn't a bad job. However, I highly recommend buying the Bentley Maintenance manual it gives a pretty complete step by step procedure, not only for the clutch but dang near everything else. Unless you have service records to state otherwise, I would recommend buying everything including a slave cylinder and hoses. As old as the car is and if they haven't been changed, now is as good a time as any and may save you headaches further down the road.
Check out Eeuroparts.com (a site sponsor) for parts. I have used them several times and they are great to deal with and I haven't found anyone that has any better prices.
Good luck and enjoy your car!
