I would try slipping something thin and tough like say the cut-out side of a plastic milk jug, just under the edge of the emblem, and then prying with a putty knife or something broad. The plastic will spread the strain of prying and the broad blade of the putty knife also will spread the strain, meaning it shouldn't mar anything. The rear badges are held on originally with a round ring of two-sided rubber tape, actually some kind of acrylic. 3M makes most of this stuff.
If you get your replacement off a junkyard car, clean the traces of the old tape off its back, then cut some strips off a roll of 3M Acrylic Plus Attachment Tape, from auto parts store, and cover enough of the back and that should stick as well as the factory tape did. (Burnish it down onto the emblem, then, with emblem on car, push down firmly too.)
If you get a NEW emblem, the tape doughnut comes with it.
Also, obviously, clean traces of the old tape off the car too before reapplying. There'll probably still be a gloss-color difference on the paint to help you line the new one up right.
