Pulling motor - what else to do?

My '91 900 T Convertible (85K miles) leaks oil right out as soon as you pour it in and start the engine. It is not the dipstick. I suspect the timing cover and/or oil pump, maybe rear seal. Instead of $1,100 to my mechanic I figured I would try. It's going OK. I have almost everything unhooked and am getting the engine hoist this weekend. I plan to do new boots on the axles while they are out, replace front and rear crankshaft seals, the tranny gasket, timing chain cover gaskets, oil pump gasket at least and then anywhere else if I find where the leak REALLY is.
What else should I do while I have the thing out? I thought about motor mounts, but the cost and the fact that the car exhibits no evidence of problem with them is pushing me away from that. Coolant pump maybe? I sure don't want to do this again because I missed something simple. I would appreciate hearing from anyone with experience with this. Thanks.
Doug
