They come in at least two sizes, overlapping ranges. Probly one will suit - - or are you one of the ones that went with 3" cat-back SS pipe?
Can probably find them at most chain auto parts stores, under $10.
The cheaper ones aren't that durable but will work at least once. But don't work so well on old rusted pipe - - it's rusted thinner and has lots of "stress risers," pits in the surface that serve as starting points to cracks. New pipe is like pie crust dough, it's very mild steel and will stretch without limit. Yours if fairly new will probably round back out easily. Don't overdo it.
If you want the best go to NAPA or equal, or flag a Snap-On truck down or try Sears, they have some pretty good brands, Lisle for instance, in automotive specialty tools.
