help..........here it goes again, wiring harness melt

Down..........I have an 85 turbo melted a whole lot of wires in engine compartment, fixed those, melted three wires by fuse box, fixed those.......
Now the car will not start....I have spark....have fuel can jump to get fuel pump to work, no tach, gauges or any dash lights, the car is not giving the fuel injection the ground signal to start...may or may have to do with dash....if I add a switch to the Fuel injection(system) relay(#85 white w/ yellow wire) and temporaly ground the curcuit with a switch as I'm cranking the car it will run and drives
