From what you listed, it looks like items that shouldn't be too difficult to replace... and when I say that I mean that I think I've done most or all of those myself.
If it's gonna take you $1500 to fix, think of it this way (this is what I always have to tell myself when my car breaks haha) If you buy another used car, you could spend at least what it will take to fix this one, PLUS whatever bad things are about to go wrong. When something on my 'vert wears out/breaks/etc, I always think "Man I gotta get rid of this car..." but honestly with all the things I have replaced already, there isn't much more to go wrong!! (that's a half-joke).
Where in the NW are you? I live in Tacoma, we're at a three-saab habit. I'd help DIY some of it for you... or buy the car from you ;-) I've got a full SPG kit just waiting for a c900 to wear it lol.
