-Don't get on lotsa boost til the car warms up
-Let it idle 10-15 seconds before starting out
-Let it idle 20-30 seconds after you park it
Mine's a daily driver with 120k, making roughly double the stock boost. When I took it apart a few months ago, the blades looked great, no shaft play, and the seals were good. It's okay if you push it, as long as you take care of it. ;-)
