There are really 2 basic components involved here: the inner drive companion shaft and the driveshaft (axle shaft). The driveshaft consists of the outer CV, shaft, and tripod bearing. Chances are that only your inner driver is worn. However, you will only know the condition of the critical driveshaft components (mainly the tripod bearing) once you have it apart.
If I was was going to do a comprehensive job (and not hope that the driveshaft components were OK) i would buy the inner drive companion shaft, a new driveshaft (the "rebuilt axle" on the eeuro website) and the differential oil seal (at the inner driver). Replace all these and you will definitely fix the problem. Also, remember to get some high temperature grease for the inner driver. Old, heat damaged grease, rather than a broken motor mount, is a more likely cause of the wear on your inner driver.
