As Mike mentioned use STAINLESS. I bought my louvers several years ago off off Ebay, and had no hardware, except the hinges on the four corners. You have to work them between the glass & the gasket weatherstripping. Seal with some clear silicone. I fabricated, out of stainless, a top louver with proper bends to overlap the top panel louver and rivited it in; this hides the look of the top brackets. Of course you need to paint this fabricated panel before installing. It's held up for years now. Secure those 2 rubber sleeves on the extreme ouside, next to SAAB, as they will slip off somehow.
