I assume you mean an '87 900 T since the Hall sensor is in distributor....
How many miles on your oxygen sensor? Maybe it's tired.... could be the air mass meter is making your car run okay when cold but when it warms up, the O2 sensor isn't doing it's job, causing drivability problems. Also check the automatic idle control (AIC) for the idle fluctuation.
