I'm not sure this will work but when I was a kid a buddy of mine showed me a trick to take out the windows on a 71 buick. you take a small guitar sting and push it though the seal so one end is in the car and the other is outside then you pull the wire towards the frame of the window away from the glass and to the side basically using the string as a seal cutter.
Be very careful not to let the wire go towards the glass, if there is a defect in the edge of the glass the string will cause a crack as force is applied.
I have also heard of window shops going to the yard with you and removing the glass for you as a service but you'll have to find the right glass shop for that they usually want to sell a new one.
