Hello I have researched just about everything on this board and am having issues with my coolant fans not coming on at all.I have hopefully narrowed it down to two possible causes. For starters I have checked all contacts and shorted the thermo switch located at the top of the radiator
also checked the fuses and relays in the drivers side fuse box under the hood.If I jumper across the relays the fans will come on but constant.I
ran direct power to the fans also and they work fine.I have read post that there is a fan timer relay located on the inner fender of the drivers side but am unable to find it.(I have a hunch that maybe my year make did not have this). If not it could be the coolant temp sensor which also I am unable to locate if it's the one that's inline on the hose on the upper top of the engine towards passenger side I also jumped that to no avail, but I also read that it's located somewhere under the valve cover
on the intake manifold toward passenger side. Please any help or suggestions will be very much appreciated.Sorry so long and thank you all in advance.
