wired with fuse directly off battery to a switch. used multi position switch so pump has normal circut when switch is released. momentary position to use prime.wired into pump wiring under rear seat and installed switch in center console. do a search on site as its posted more detailed. have had several contact me for specifics. not sure if i still have schematic i made up or not. this was done about a year ago, and still no problems. good luck
