the best advice i heard yet, but what bout high beams Posted by vvack0matic [Email] (#1443) [Profile/Gallery] (more from vvack0matic) on Mon, 29 May 2006 15:22:51 In Reply to: Can be done, whitesaab, Mon, 29 May 2006 14:20:04 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
i would of never thought to use denatured gosh,.... thanks im going to try that myself, but i do
have a prob. to with my headlights
i was going to post highbeams but, seeing how this post is on the subject of the head-lights
you all might know where i should start to look or perhaps, anyone reading this,
i found my high-beams do not work, i never looked at the fuse, dont know if a relay takes care of the high beams, or if the bulbs are burnt out, however im going off of, if the bulbs are burnt out its most unlikely both would go out at the same time, and all i know about highbeams is there might be a fuse in the fuse box.... is there a relay of anykind,?
sorry glen to ask a question under a question but im hopen you might know also,
about the glass being replaced,.. all i heard and know about it is, it can be done, however buying a hole new light with mounting bracket is well worth it, seems in trying to get the broken light off the good mounting bracket, well.. the force that is requried to get the broken light off the mounting braket,...will in most cases break the good mounting bracket, so the money would be wiser spent to buy the light and braket then just a, light... then to buy a light and braket..
and what whitsaab said about cleaning a faded light would work well in any used light that was boughten
hope this helps
