I completely would (and have) gotten that line from a junkyard. It really isn't that bad to remove - it snakes under & across the rear seat, up the driver's side of the car, through the firewall, and into the engine bay. Removing and installing it without kinking it is only mildly difficult - mostly just a hassle.
I went this route when I put a 16v motor in my 5-door as I found it was the simplest way to get the right fittings in the engine bay and replace the old fuel accumulator with the 16v fuel filter...
