You can go to a local Home Depot or Lowes (or what they are called in your neck of the woods).
At the nuts, bolts and washer section they usually have brass splice nipples in various sizes with barbed ends.
If you are lucky you might find one that fits with a press fit into the existing line and what you would do is to get that same piece from a junk yard with that banjo fuel filter fitting and about a foot or 2 long.
Cut the old line on your car where it is straight and cut the one from the junk yard at the same location.
Use that barbed brass fitting and push the two lines together.
If the brass splice is snug enough and the plastic fuel lines expand when pushed over the barbs, the repair is just as strong as the factory banjo fittings that use the same method to stay in place.
