The easiest, surest way to check if you have a radiator capacity issue is turning on the heater. If the temperature drops with the hearter on, the radiator capacity is inadequate. You can flush it first to see if that takes care of the problem.
Another issue is the fuel mixture, the engine will run hotter if the mixture is too lean.
