take off the clutch cover - or just move it over - and use a big screw driver or a prybar to jam the flywheel.
the blade of the screw driver between the teeth of the FW and hold it agaist one of the dowel pins - i can't remember what I use, but I know there is something there.
Torque to 150 foot pounds of so - but 2x check that.
I get on it w/ my 2 foot helper. that's something you DO NOT want to back out on you - I can't remember if I use locktite on it or not. Blue would probably be fine.
