Your readings are static or with the engine running?
My experience has been that statically (engine off), both high and low side will eventually reach an equilibrium and read the same.
You should start the car, engage the compressor and see what reading you get. You should see the low side down to about 20-30. Things like outside ambient air temp, air flow over the condensor can affect what high side pressure you read.
I don't want to estimate what you will see, but my wag (wild _ss guess) is about 150-200, maybe even a little higher, but not much.
Also, with the car running, don't attempt to add the liquid to the high side. First, liquids don't compress and second, the high side pressure can exceed the bursting point of those small cans. Sometimes what I do to get more "gas" out of the can is to put it near something warm, like the air from the radiator.
