just a mazing i was just going to post how the mitsu gets the 0 to 60 run over the garret from the spool but the garret is the one that gets 60 to 120, you are so right it is the driver and where the car is most used,
i guess the over all performance that is said about the mitsu, is for stop light to stop light drivers, however top end or hwy drivers sound like the garret takes the cake,
for me i guess it seems i stay with garret, i love the top end boost to much, and im on the hwy 75% of the time,
now back to the motor to finish the lower radiator hose,
just a thought:
after reading on what the last garret turbo was to be installed
i find spg had a change in hp in 89-90
it went from 160 hp to 175 hp
the 160 hp motor had the garret tbo382
the 175 hp motor had the tbo383
why would they have a differnt garret for the two motors
did garret upgrade their turbo in the 90s,
any info on this garret turbo and the hook up to exhaust bolt pattern would be great, am i to think that all the differnt garret turbos fitted to the 2.0L motor from 84-90/91-93 have the same bolt pattern
if so that would make things alot easy-er
