May be a problem with the APC over-pressure sensor ( SAAB part # 93 42 064). It's located under the dash on driver's side and looks like a small can with two male electrical connectors on one end and a vacuum tube attachment pipe on the other. You have to remove the lower dash to access the sensor but maybe there's a loose wire connection or bad vacuum line. Or maybe the sensor is faulty, but I'd check electrical connections and vacuum line first.
