lean. Do a thorough visual check for a fallen or split vac hose. Lots of good info/possibilities already in archives. Pull the hose off from the intake manifold to FPR and plug it - this will enrich your mixture. If your 02 sensor now reads high (~0.6V - 0.9V) it's likely a vac leak. Reconnect FPR, and track down with an unlit propane torch, idle changes, and/or still using your 02 sensor and DMM (propane at leak will cause 02 sensor to increase).
Previous buzzing noise possibly brake accumulator (aka the 'bomb') - pump your brakes several times and see if buzz comes back.
