I am trying to troubleshoot a Check Engine Light warning on a 1993 900S, 140k miles. My wife was driving when it came on. She was stopped at an intesection and a puff of smoke came from under the hood and the CEL came on. I used to hear an audible buzzing noise from the left side of the engine bay, and now it's gone, I have changed the O2 sensor, ELCD valve and main computer. (All used parts from the salvage yard.) Also changed fuel injector O-rings and the grommet at the cam cover. I've looked for vacuum leaks and replaced some hoses.
Both O2 sensors read very low-just barely over .1 volt at idle.
The codes are 12223-mixture too lean, 12111-O2 sensor problem, 12241-mixture fault.

Any ideas on what the buzzing noise was? I am planning on checking fuel pressure, need to find a long banjo bolt to connect the gauge.
