there really is nothing wrong with the dolly..... if you secure the car properly nothing should damage the front end. I towed a 900 bout 300 mile behind a 16 footer and it was smooth sailing. yes the carrier would be nice for the car hence no wear to the tires, but those trailers also weigh 1500 lbs or more so there goes your MPG and acceleration! I placed a set of 205/65 tires on the back for added lift. good luck!
